SHIPPING:
We will make every effort to ship your order out to you as quickly as possible! Packages are typically sent within 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the order.
We carry many items on our website. With thousands of items in stock there may be times when we are out of stock on an item, or that item may be on back order.
We will do our best to get your order complete and get your package sent as soon as possible. We provide fast, efficient shipping. If for any reason we cannot send out your order out within the timeframe indicated above, will notify you right away.
In the United States all orders are either shipped through UPS-Ground or USPS. You will receive an e-mail at the time your package is sent with a tracking number (UPS orders only) for your box, if applicable. This tracking number will allow you to know when your order will be delivered to your door.
The standard UPS GROUND DELIVERY time in the CONTINENTAL (48 States) UNITED STATES is between 3 and 9 BUSINESS DAYS (not counting Saturday or Sunday as UPS does not pick up or deliver on the weekend).
US postal will be used for all orders with Military APO and FPO addresses.
FREE SHIPPING:
We currently offer free shipping on orders totaling over $100. All of our products on the website are eligible toward the free shipping with the exception of our gallon sized products. This is due to the weight of the product and the discount already offered due to the volume discount.
RETURN POLICY:
HairCareProductsDirect.com offers you our 100% satisfaction GUARANTEE on MOST Items (see non-returnable items below). Please contact us within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the item you have purchased!
We will gladly accept most returns if contacted within the 10 day window period. The original shipping and handling charges will not be credited back to your charge card unless WE have made a mistake in sending the wrong item to you, or the item is defected in some way.
All return requests must be accompanied by a written explanation of the reason for return.
Note: Sorry, no returns on MAKEUP orders. LOCAL LAW REQUIRES NO RETURNS ON USED ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, HAIR DRYERS, CURLING IRONS, HAIR SETTERS, HAIRCOLOR AND PERSONAL MASSAGERS.
