We will make every effort to ensure your order is available for pickup at our salon by you as quickly as possible! Orders are placed twice a week and delivery to our salon are typically made on Tuesday's and Friday's.

We carry many items on our website. With hundreds of items in stock there may be times when we are out of stock on an item, or that item may be on back order.

We will do our best to get your order complete and ready for pickup as soon as possible. 

RETURN POLICY:

Charles Lee Salon & Spa offers you our 100% satisfaction GUARANTEE on MOST Items (see non-returnable items below). Please bring the product back to the salon within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the item you have purchased!

We will gladly accept most returns if returned within the 10 day window period.

Note: Sorry, no returns on MAKEUP orders. LOCAL LAW REQUIRES NO RETURNS ON USED ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, HAIR DRYERS, CURLING IRONS, HAIR SETTERS AND PERSONAL MASSAGERS.
